Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the shipment.
